There is a key safe at the door for access when you arrive, and the host, Toby supplies the code prior to your arrival.\n\nInside there is a fantastic open plan layout of dining area, kitchen and living room space, with downstairs toilet and shower room complete with washing machine. The sitting area has a TV offering satellite TV, and DVD connectivity. The Villa was perfect. Spacious, clean, everything we needed and very peaceful. Lixouri is a few minutes away and we had no problems driving or getting taxis. Busy little town with great vibe day and night.  Would highly recommend this Villa. Set in a quiet very traditional village, the noisiest sounds we heard were crickets and occasionally a dog. The nearest town for shops, restaurants and tavernas is Lixouri (which buzzes in the evenings). I was surprised to see another google review that bore no relation to what the current owner offers. The property has recently been sold.
